The apartment is located next to Duquesa Golf Course. This Robert Trench Jones Snr designed 18 hole golf course is a must for all serious golfers. Green fees approx €50.
Beaches

There are two beautiful beaches on either side of La Duquesa Port. The Beaches are clean and suitable for swimming. The beaches are only 8 mins walk from the apartment. There are quaint beach restaurants on both beaches serving fresh fish, salads, and drinks etc
Nightlife

Duquesa Port has a large variety of Bars and Restaurants. The Port is very lively and great fun every night of the week. Choose from Chinese, Indian, Italian, Mexican and much more. There is live music most nights in the local bars.

 

Our Spacious Apartment is only 10 mins walk from the Port,15mins drive from Estepona,25mins from Puerto Banus,25mins from Gibraltar and 50 mins from Malaga Airport. .

The Apartment has 2 bedroom's with built in wardrobes.

Both bedroom's are ensuite which include a bath with shower hesd,wash basin,bidet and toilet.

The living area is very bright and spacious with marble floors through out.

The kitchen is fully fitted with separate utility.

The kitchen has a breakfast bar which seat 3 people and also a separate dining area.

The lounge has a 2seater and matching 3seater couches,there is also a fireplace,cable and dvd.
